Ninety Acres in Far Hills is offering two springtime fresh cooking classes on Sunday, April 8 in their custom designed facility at Natirar in Far Hills. Professional chefs and instructors share their knowledge and passion while participants enjoy an unforgettable experience. The morning class focuses on Sunday brunch while the afternoon class presents Italian brick oven favorites. Instructor Lynda Hesse will show you how to prepare brick-oven favorites that are sure to please. Recipes will include: Farinata—a thin chickpea pancake served with caramelized onions Sausage stromboli Rosemary focaccia Cheesy calzones with homemade marinara Pizza with seasonal vegetable toppings Turpin has a historic connection to the property surrounding Ninety Acres since we were involved in its transfer, resulting in a record breaking sale in New Jersey.
